Paula Richardson
Founder/Executive Director
As Executive Director, Paula leads RPN with lived experience as the mother of a trafficking survivor and years of direct outreach, rescue coordination, and advocacy through The Entity Haven. She oversees all organizational strategy, program development, and survivor‑support operations, ensuring every service is trauma‑informed, ethical, and rooted in real‑world understanding of trafficking dynamics. Lynne’ builds partnerships, guides staff, and drives RPN’s mission to provide safety, stabilization, and long‑term healing for survivors and vulnerable youth across rural Texas.
Marilyn Johnson
Director of Medical
Navigation & Adherence
Marilyn serves as the Director of Medical Navigation & Adherence, leading all trauma‑informed medical coordination for survivors at RPN. She oversees medication adherence systems, manages medical appointments and mobile accompaniment, and ensures survivors receive consistent, accurate, and compassionate health‑support throughout their recovery. Marilyn also builds the department’s infrastructure, supervises staff, and collaborates across RPN programs to provide holistic, survivor‑centered care.
Daina Barrow
Director of CVC Navigation
Daina serves as the Director of CVC Navigation, overseeing all Crime Victims’ Compensation operations at RPN. She guides clients through eligibility, documentation, application submission, and case monitoring while ensuring full compliance with state and federal victim‑assistance requirements. Daina also leads program development, supervises future CVC staff, and acts as RPN’s primary liaison to the U.S. Department of Justice.

Secretary/Treasurer
Jeremiah serves as RPN’s Board Secretary and Treasurer, bringing structure, accountability, and steady leadership to the organization’s governance. His experience conducting outreach, rescue operations, and survivor advocacy through The Entity Haven gives him a deep, practical understanding of the realities trafficking survivors face.
